Issues were introduced as part of Fulcrum's Intelligent Team Automation functionality. Issues represent problems or observations found in the field and can be resolved via a couple of different workflows.
NOTE: Your organization may not have our new Intelligent Team Automation functionality (which includes issues) enabled. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in enabling this functionality.
Immediate resolution in the field
If an issue is reported and resolved right away in the field, the field user can mark the issue as resolved via the mobile app.
Upon creating or viewing an issue in the mobile app, select Resolve.
Fill in a Resolution description (how the issue was resolved) and add photos of the resolution or fix.

Tasking an Issue
Another way to resolve an issue is to assign task(s) that represent the work that is needed to resolve the issue.
From the issues list, select the issue that you want to resolve.
Select ADD NEW TASK.
Fill in the task details and select SUBMIT.
Create as many tasks as you want using steps 3 & 4.
You will then see the tasks you created in the issue view.
Select SUBMIT to save the issue.
On the issues list, you will be able to view which tasks have been assigned to an issue by hovering over the task indicator.
The tasks will also appear in your task backlog.
