This article describes how to set up your organization to allow issues to be submitted via public URL or QR code.

Alongside Fulcrum's Intelligent Team Automation features, we are providing a way for field issues to be submitted via QR code and public links.

NOTE: You will need to have our Intelligent Team Automation (Tasks and Issues) feature set enabled to use this workflow! If you do not see Tasks and Issues in Fulcrum, please reach out to our support team via our in-app chat to learn more about this new functionality and to have them enable it. It is included with your existing subscription.

Generate a QR Code & URL for Public Issue Submission

To generate a QR code & URL/link for your organization:

  1. From the issues list, select Issues Config.
    ​

  2. In the Issues Config modal, select Create QR Code.
    ​

  3. Your organization's QR code and associated link are now created. You may download the QR code to print and post on a jobsite or email out the link to anyone (even non-Fulcrum users) to allow them to submit issues.
