If you already have an existing Fulcrum subscription and would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, you can change the plan type through the billing page.
To change your plan type:
Select the Billing tab.
Towards the top of the page, select Change Plan.
Select the plan that you would like to switch to.
Note:
Some plans may show as unavailable, meaning your account currently uses features that are unavailable on those plans.
If you manage multiple Fulcrum organizations, you must ensure that you are currently accessing the organization for which you wish to change the plan level. You can do this by selecting the organization from the organization drop-down located in the upper right part of the page.
