Selecting an Annual Billing Cycle

Learn how to switch your billing frequency from monthly to annual to optimize your subscription management.

Your Fulcrum subscription can either be monthly or annually.Β 

Overview

Fulcrum offers both monthly and annual billing cycles. Switching to an annual plan allows organizations to consolidate payments into a single yearly transaction, often providing additional benefits such as complimentary licenses.

Switching to Annual Billing

To change your billing frequency, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fulcrum organization with an owner role.

  2. Navigate to the Billing tab in the left-hand navigation sidebar.

  3. Select the Change Subscription Type option.

  4. On the payment options page, compare the Annual vs. Monthly cost per user.

  5. Review the Total Amount displayed for the annual cycle.

  6. Confirm your selection to update your billing preference.

Once the change is confirmed, your account will be invoiced for the annual amount, and your billing cycle date will reset to reflect the yearly schedule from the next billing cycle.

​Non-Reversible Change: Organizations cannot switch back to a monthly plan once the move to an annual cycle has been processed. This policy ensures consistency in long-term subscription planning.
