A choice list is a reusable set of options that you can use in Single Choice and Multiple Choice fields across many apps. Before you change or delete a choice list, you can check which apps use it on the Choice Lists page.
Prerequisites
A role that includes the Manage Choice Lists permission. The Owner and Manager system roles include it. See Role Permission Definitions.
If you don't see Choice Lists under App Setup, ask an organization Owner to check your role. To learn how to change a member's role, see Where do I manage and edit member permissions?
Finding the apps that use a choice list
In the Fulcrum web app, select Setup in the side navigation to expand it.
Under App Setup, select Choice Lists. You can also open the page directly at https://web.fulcrumapp.com/choice_lists.
Locate the choice list you want to check. To find it faster, enter its name in the filter field.
Expected outcome: The apps that use the choice list appear after Used by, below the choice list's description.
The Used by list appears only if your organization has fewer than 100 apps.
Notes
Only apps that use a predefined choice list appear. An app with options typed directly into its own field (an inline list) doesn't appear.
