Overview
From the Fulcrum mobile application for iOS or Android, you can create PDF reports for records to send via email, SMS/MMS, Dropbox, or any other supported application on your device.
Creating reports happens server-side. Tapping the “Report” button syncs the record, generates your report PDF, and sends it back to your device for sharing. You can generate reports from the record edit view, the data list, or the map views.
Prerequisites
Before you can generate a report, a report template must be configured for the app/form in the Fulcrum web application.
You must have manager or owner (admin) system roles to set up a report template.
The app you are using must have an active report template assigned.

Share the PDF
Once the report is generated, your device's native sharing menu will open, displaying the PDF.
Select your preferred sharing method (e.g., email, messaging, save to Dropbox/Drive, etc.) to deliver the PDF report.
