Record Reports on your iOS Device
You can generate a report for any record created in Fulcrum directly from your mobile device. When you create a record, a PDF file will be generated. This file can then be shared with others via email, SMS, AirDrop, or any other sharing options available on your device. Additionally, you have the option to print or copy the report.
To generate a report, your device must have either a Wi-Fi connection (with internet access) or cellular data.
Generating a Record Report
You can generate a record report from two different locations:
From the iOS record creation/edit page, select the report icon on the lower left corner.
From the Record List View 'More' menu.
From the Record List View, swipe left on a record and then tap 'More'
You will see a few options including the option to 'Generate Report'
Sharing a Record Report
To share the record report tap on the share icon in the upper right part of the record report page.
You have several options for sharing the record PDF report. The most popular methods are Messages and Email. Additionally, you can share the report using Apple’s AirDrop or print it directly. You may also have the option to open the PDF file in another app on your device.
Note
The share option is a feature of the operating system, not provided by Fulcrum. If you're not seeing a share option that you expect, it may be due to certain security settings or because the app does not support PDF files.
