You can mark your apps as “inactive” to make them unavailable to field users, without deleting the app or its data. It's similar to archiving your email. This is often a better approach to deleting your apps when they are no longer being used.
Apps that are set to inactive can still be accessed through the Fulcrum web app but will not be accessible or downloaded to the Fulcrum mobile apps. Apps can be made active again at any point.
Making an App Inactive
To make an app inactive, go into the app designer:
Click on the ADVANCED button on the right.
Select the Inactive option on the status drop down list.
Click Save.
This will make the app inactive so it is no longer downloaded to the mobile apps, but the data and form will still remain, in case you want to reactivate the app in the future.
NOTE
When Apps are set to inactive they will not automatically appear on the homepage of the web app. To view the inactive apps, there is a filter option at the top of the homepage.
