Accessing the App List

You can quickly find specific apps using the options located directly below the Fulcrum logo on the homepage.

Navigation Tools

Searching for Apps

Use the text search box to find apps by name.

  • The search results are dependent on the status filter currently applied (Active, Inactive, or All).

  • Results will only include apps for which you have been granted permissions.

Filtering by Status

The filter menu allows you to narrow your view based on the app's status.

  • Active: Displays only apps currently in use.

  • Inactive: Displays apps that have been deactivated.

  • All: Displays every app you have access to, regardless of status.

Sorting Your View

By default, Fulcrum organizes your apps by last activity to show the most recently used tools first. You can adjust this to sort by:

  • Name: Alphabetical organization of your apps.

  • Number of Records: Ranking apps based on the volume of data collected.

Notes

  • Ensure you have the appropriate System Role (such as Standard User or Manager) to view specific apps within your organization.

  • If an app is missing, verify with your account owner that your member profile has been assigned to the correct organization.
