Fulcrum has undergone a change in the technology used for map views on mobile devices, with Esri now taking the place of Google Maps as the default option. The new Esri mapping technology offers a range of unique and exciting features that we believe will enhance the user experience. Users have the option to switch between Esri Maps and Google Maps in their settings.
Switching between Google Maps and Esri Maps
From the Home screen on a mobile device, navigate to Settings.
Scroll down until you see the section for Map Settings.
Use the toggle to turn Esri Maps on or off. If the toggle is off, the map views will use Google Maps.
