If you are seeing this message and cannot sign in, you need to make sure that you have verified your account.

To resolve this issue, check your inbox for an email from no-reply@fulcrumapp.com with the subject of Verify your Fulcrum account

If you are able to open this email, click the Verify Email Address button and follow the steps to verify your email.

If you do not see this email, make sure to check your spam folder. If the email is not in there, please reach out to our support team through the red chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the web application, or by emailing support@spatialnetworks.com.
