If you forgot your account password, go to this page to send yourself a password reset email. On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Fulcrum user account and you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset it. Simply follow the instructions to create a new password, and you’ll be able to access your account once again.
Notes
The hyperlink in the password reset emails contain a token that is used by the Fulcrum system to link to your Fulcrum user account. These tokens are good for two hours, after which, they will expire and you will receive an error message about the token not being valid or is expired. If it has been more than two hours since you submitted for a password reset email, you will need to request a new password reset email to be sent to you.
Sometimes, the password reset emails will be caught by spam filters and may not make it to your inbox or spam folder. If you find that you are not getting the emails or are having issues with resetting your password, please send an email to support@fulcrumapp.com from the email address associated with your Fulcrum user account letting us know that you have tried to send yourself a forgot password email and some details on the issue that you are having. This will allow us to look into the issue that you are having as well as help you reset your password.
