Where do I change my payment information?

How you can update the payment method information on file.

This guide explains how to update your credit card or bank account (ACH) information in Fulcrum.

Who Can Make These Changes?

Only users with the Owner role on the Fulcrum account can view and update billing and payment details. If you are not the owner, please contact the person who manages your Fulcrum subscription.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Fulcrum account.

  2. On the left-hand sidebar, click on the 'Billing' tab. This will open the billing management section of your account.

  3. Click the 'Manage Payment Method' button.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method:

    - Credit Card: Enter your new card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.


    - Bank Account (ACH): Enter your routing number and account number. Follow the prompts to verify your account if required.

  5. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes.

  6. Your updated payment method will be used for future invoices automatically.
