All Fulcrum plan levels include a base amount of media storage. You can review the specifics for each plan type on our Plans page. If your organization requires more space, you can increase your limit directly from the billing page .
Data block prices vary depending on your specific plan type. Please consult with your account executive regarding the exact price per data block for your account.
Accessing Manage Data Blocks
Follow these sequential steps in the Fulcrum web app to manage your storage:
Click the Billing option in the web app sidebar.
Manage Storage: Click the Manage Storage button located in the Plan Usage section.
Add Data Blocks according to your requirement.
Additional media storage is provisioned in 500 GB blocks. If you no longer require the extra capacity, you can update the number of blocks to lower your storage back toward your plan’s original included amount.
Notes
You cannot set the number of blocks to an amount lower than the media storage currently being used by your organization.
