Each Fulcrum plan comes with a block of available storage for collecting media, including photos, audio, signatures, and videos.

Checking Current Media Usage

  1. Log In: Sign into the Fulcrum web app.

  2. Navigate to Billing: Go to the Settings page and select the Billing tab.

  3. Review Usage: Locate the media usage meter in the middle of the page to see your current storage totals against your plan's quota.

Adjusting Storage Blocks

If you reach your storage limit, you can purchase or remove additional storage blocks:

  1. Open Manager: Select the Manage Storage button next to the usage meter.

  2. Enter Total Blocks: Enter the total number of blocks you wish your plan to have. For example, to increase from 2 to 4 blocks, enter "4."

  3. Save Changes: Select Update Storage Amount at the bottom of the screen to apply your changes.

The 'Manage Storage' input field where the total number of desired storage blocks is entered.

Notes

  • Media storage includes photos, audio files, signatures, and videos collected within your apps.

  • Changes to storage blocks take effect immediately upon clicking update.

  • If you hit your storage limit, use the Manage Storage option to purchase additional blocks to avoid data collection interruptions.
