How to Duplicate a Record
Follow these steps to create a copy of a record within the iOS app:
Locate the Record: Open the app and navigate to the list view of your desired app.
Swipe to Reveal Options: Swipe left on the record you wish to copy.
Select More: Tap the More button that appears.
Choose Duplicate: Select Duplicate from the menu.
Select Duplication Type: Choose one of the following three options based on your needs:
Duplicate Record & Location: Copies all entered data values and the GPS coordinates.
Duplicate Record Only: Copies all entered data values but allows you to set a new location.
Duplicate Location Only: Clears all data fields but retains the geographic coordinates.
NotesMedia Handling: The duplication process does not copy photos, videos, or audio files. You must manually capture or upload media to the new record after it is created.
Connectivity: Ensure your device has synced if you are duplicating records recently uploaded by other team members.
