How Long Does a Password Reset Link Last?

For security reasons, password reset links are valid only for a limited window. The expiration time depends on the status of your Member profile.

  • Existing Members: If your profile has been used to sign in at least once, the password reset link expires two hours after the email is sent. This is the most common scenario for active users.

  • New Members: If the profile is brand new and has never been accessed, the link may remain valid for up to one week. This extended window is designed for first-time invitations and initial setup.

To ensure successful access, we recommend utilizing the link within two hours of receipt, regardless of your profile status.

What to Do If Your Link Has Expired

If you receive an error message after clicking the link and more than two hours have passed, the security token has likely expired.

To resolve this, please request a new password reset email and use the most recent link provided in your inbox. Each request generates a unique token; only the most recent email will contain a functional link.

If the Link Is Still Not Working

If it has been less than two hours since your request and the link fails to load, there may be a technical issue preventing the token from being verified correctly.

In this situation, please contact our Support team at [email protected].

We will investigate the issue to help you regain access to your Organization.

Password reset links are time-limited to protect your profile from unauthorized access. Expired links cannot be reactivated; you must initiate a new request to generate a valid link.
