The hyperlink in the password set/reset emails contain a token that is used by the Fulcrum system to link to your Fulcrum user account.

These tokens are good for a fixed amount of time, after which, they will expire and you will receive an error message about the token not being valid or is expired.

If you get this message when resetting your password from an email that is more than two hours since you submitted for a password reset email, you will need to request a new password reset email to be sent to you.

If it is less than two hours, please reach out to support@fulcrumapp.com for assistance. There could be something that is out of our control preventing the token from be accessed.
