Canada Sign-up & Use Directions

This is ONLY for users that are hosting their data in Canada.

If you're looking to adhere to Canadian data residency requirements, Fulcrum offers a CA instance where all data collected on that instance remains in Canada. To access our CA instance, you will need to create a new account for it. You can use the same email address that you use for the US instance, but make sure the web address is correct when logging in.

  1. To sign up for an account in Canada you will need to visit:
    https://www.fulcrumapp.com/lps/free-trial-ca/


2. Enter your email address and create a password. Then, verify your email and fill out a form to complete the signup process. Once completed, you will have an account in Fulcrum’s Canada instance.

3. To use the mobile app with your new Canada instance, you will need to tell the app which instance you want to use. First, you will want to sign out of any current session. Once back at the sign-in screen, double-tap on the Fulcrum logo.

4. This will navigate you to a device settings page where you can configure the app to use the Canada instance. On this screen, change the hostname configuration setting to Canada. This will change the hostname from api.fulcrumapp.com to api.fulcrumapp-ca.com.

You can now click Save on this screen and sign in with the credentials that you have made for the Canada Fulcrum account.
