How do I manage how many User Licenses that I am billed for?

  • A User license grants permission to assign a Member to an organization for using the Fulcrum application. User licenses are billed based on the term of your agreement.

  • A Member is an individual account that uses the Fulcrum application, assigned to an organization through a User License.

  • When you add a new member to your Fulcrum organization, a user account is created. A User License is required to add a Member.

  • If no more licenses are available, an additional license will be billed when a new member is added.

  • When a new user license is added, the cost per user license is prorated based on the time remaining in the current billing cycle.

  • If you remove a member before adding a new member, the new member will take the place of the removed member and your plan will not be charged.

  • Removing members does not reduce the number of available licenses. The licenses remain tied to your contract for the duration of its term (monthly or annual), allowing you to add new members as needed during that period.

  • If you want to reduce the billed user license count for the next contract term, please contact billing@fulcrumapp.com

The billed amount will be displayed on the screen before confirming the adding of a member.
