Does Adding a Member Cost Extra?
It depends on whether your organization has an unused User License available.
If you have an available license, adding a Member doesn't add to your bill.
If you don't, Fulcrum deploys a new User License and bills it, prorated for the time remaining in your current billing cycle.
If you remove a Member first, their license becomes available. Adding a replacement Member in the same billing cycle uses that freed-up license instead of billing a new one.
