Using Webhooks in Fulcrum

To use webhooks, your organization’s subscription must include this functionality, and your specific user role must have access to webhooks.

Plans That Include Webhooks

Some plans include webhooks. They are also part of the developer package, which can be added to other plans. See our pricing page for more information.

Access Permissions

By default, only the organization owner can view, configure, or use webhooks. The owner can grant access to others by creating a custom role with webhook permissions.

Checking If Webhooks Are Enabled

  1. Log into your Fulcrum account.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Webhooks. If you do not see this option, your account may lack the required permissions.

  3. Any existing webhooks will be listed with their Name, URL, and Active status.

  4. To create a new webhook, click Add Webhook.
