An organization icon provides visual context in several areas of the system, including the organization selector in the top menu and the Settings page. These icons help team members quickly identify the specific organization they are currently accessing.
Steps to Set an Organization Icon
Log into the Fulcrum web app.
Navigate to the Organization Profile tab.
Upload your image. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the image upload section.
Select the "Save" button. Ensure you save the changes after the file has successfully uploaded.
Once saved, the icon will appear in the organization selector and other branding areas throughout Fulcrum.
Notes
GIF Support: Animated GIFs can be used as icons; however, they will only animate within the web app and will remain static on mobile devices.
Image Quality: For the best display quality, ensure your original image is sufficiently large (at least 500px tall) to avoid pixelation when displayed in the UI.
