User accounts can be members of multiple organizations at the same time. Here's how to switch which organization is currently active, on both the web app and mobile apps.
How to change your active organization
Web App
On the web app, you can change the active organization by clicking on the organization selector button in the upper right corner of the page. The organization selector will list the name of the organization that you are currently accessing and allow you to select another one.
Mobile Apps
On the mobile apps, you can select what organization you want to access when you first sign in to your account. To switch organizations later:
Open Settings. From the bottom navigation, tap Settings.
Tap Organization. Under My Account, tap the Organization row.
Select an organization. Choose the organization you want to switch to from the list.
Notes
You can be a member of multiple organizations at the same time.
On mobile, you're only prompted to choose an organization at first sign-in — to switch afterward, use the 'Organization' buttons in the Settings tab.
