Fulcrum introduced a new dashboard as part of the Intelligent Team Automation functionality. The dashboard provides an overview of inspection health and progress across your organization.

NOTE: You will need to have our Intelligent Team Automation (Tasks and Issues) feature set enabled to use this workflow! If you do not see Tasks and Issues in Fulcrum, please reach out to our support team via our in-app chat to learn more about this new functionality and to have them enable it.

After logging into Fulcrum, click on Dashboard in the left navigation bar. If you wish to make Dashboard your homepage, you can go to Member Profile and select Dashboard under Default Homepage.

Filtering

You may apply a date filter at the top-right of the dashboard. This will filter the data in the cards and charts. Weeks are defined as Sunday through Saturday.

  2. Issues reported - This is the total number of issues reported within the filtered date range.

  3. Tasks due - This is the number of tasks with a Due Date within the filtered date range.

Tasks progress

The tasks progress chart displays the number of tasks by status that were created within the filtered date range.

Recent Issues

The recent issues list will display the 10 most recently reported issues across your organization. It is sorted by the reported date.

Upcoming Tasks
