The Fulcrum importer supports CSV files and shapefiles for the data that is being imported 

If you are importing data into a repeatable section, you will want to make sure that you import both the parent and child data files in a single ZIP file that is uploaded to Fulcrum.  More on this can be found in our article on importing data into repeatable sections.

When you are importing media, both the media and data files need to be in a single ZIP file that is uploaded to Fulcrum. For photos/signatures, they need to be in the .jpg format. More on this can be found in our article on importing photos. For videos, they need to be in the .mp4 format. For audio files, they need to be in the .m4a format.
