The look and feel of default reports has improved and now provide page headers that include the App's name and record ID, a timestamp and additional information about the organization in the footer, and a cover page that summarizes the record contents, metadata, and location data.

Some older default report templates have been retired but the same simplified look can be easily recreated using the the standard report builder. Turning off the Header, Cover Page, and certain Footer attributes as shown below will provide a layout with the same contents.
