This article describes what to do if you receive an Authentication Error message on the iOS or Android apps.

There are rare occasions when the mobile app needs to confirm your password to ensure that you are correctly authenticated to your account and have proper access to your organization's data.

In these cases, you may receive an authentication error like the below images.

If you receive this message, simply enter your password and tap 'Confirm' to proceed.

If you forget your password, tap 'Forgot password' to reset it.
