You can still collect offline data in Fulcrum, without an internet connection, but you will need to be online to sync the records and apps with the cloud. Simply collect field information as you normally would. You can collect as much field data as you normally would even if you do not have signal. Then, when you reach a WiFi hotspot or cellular signal, simply click the sync icon to sync your field data.
