Managing Your Billing History

Learn how to access and download your invoices within the Fulcrum web app.

Overview

Organization owners can review their plan’s billing history directly within the web app. This section provides a centralized location to monitor payment dates and download PDF copies of processed invoices for internal record-keeping.

Accessing Invoices

To view and manage your billing records, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fulcrum organization.

  2. Click the Billing tab located in the left-hand navigation sidebar.

  3. Scroll down to the Billing History section. Here, you will see a list of all processed invoices and payment dates.

  4. To perform specific actions, click Manage Invoices.

  5. Locate the desired invoice and select the Download icon to save a PDF version for your records.
