Overview
Organization owners can review their plan’s billing history directly within the web app. This section provides a centralized location to monitor payment dates and download PDF copies of processed invoices for internal record-keeping.
Accessing Invoices
To view and manage your billing records, follow these steps:
Log in to your Fulcrum organization.
Click the Billing tab located in the left-hand navigation sidebar.
Scroll down to the Billing History section. Here, you will see a list of all processed invoices and payment dates.
To perform specific actions, click Manage Invoices.
Locate the desired invoice and select the Download icon to save a PDF version for your records.
