Updating Your Billing Email Address

Learn how to set a specific email address to receive invoices and billing receipts for your Fulcrum Organization.

Permissions Required: Only the Account Owner (Admin) can access and modify billing details.

To update your billing contact information:

  1. Select Billing from the Organization section of the Side Navigation.

  2. In the Billing History section, click the Manage Invoices button.

  3. On the Billing information page, locate the Billing Information section and click Update information.

  4. Enter the desired email address into the Email field.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Save to apply your changes.

Notes

  • Fulcrum sends all future receipts to the newly saved email address automatically.
