Update your personal profile information directly within the Fulcrum web app to ensure your account details are accurate and current.
Steps to Update Profile Information
Log into the Fulcrum web app.
Select the Member Profile tab. Locate this within your account settings.
Modify your details. You can update your first and last name, account email, preferred time zone, profile icon, and password.
Select the "Save" button. Ensure you click the save button to apply your changes.
Notes
You can only change your user account email to an address that is not already associated with another existing Fulcrum user account.
Ensure your time zone is set correctly to maintain accurate timestamps on your data records.
