"Almost there..." message on the mobile app and cannot sign in

To ensure the security of your data, Fulcrum requires all members to verify their email addresses before signing in to the mobile application for the first time.

Prerequisites

  • An active Fulcrum organization membership.

  • Access to the email inbox associated with your Fulcrum user license.

Steps to Verify Your Account

  1. Locate the verification email: Search your inbox for an email from [email protected] with the subject line: Verify your Fulcrum account.

  2. Check your spam folder: If the email is not in your primary inbox, check your spam or junk folders.

  3. Click the verification button: Open the email and select the Verify Email Address button.

  4. Complete the process: Follow the on-screen prompts in your web browser to finalize the verification.

If you still cannot find the verification email after checking your spam folder, please contact our support team through the chat bubble in the web app or by emailing Fulcrum Support to prevent further login delays.

Notes

  • Verification links expire after a set period for security; if your link has expired, you may need to request a new one through the sign-in screen.
