Understanding Your Organization Profile

An organization is defined as the tenant that contains a customer’s apps and records, including the identification of members assigned to the organization. The Organization Profile is where you manage the public and administrative details associated with your account within Fulcrum.


Setting Up Your Organization Profile

To set up or change your organization’s profile information, follow these steps:

  1. Click the organization profile tab. This action will open the profile details where you can fill out or edit the following information:

  2. Fill out or edit the details. You can add or update the following information:

    • Name of the plan

    • Address

    • Postcode

    • Country

    • Description

    • Organization Image

  3. Save your changes. Once finished, be sure to save your changes.
