Each Fulcrum plan comes with a block of available storage for collecting media including photos, audio, signatures, and videos.
To check your account’s media usage against this quota:
- Log into the Fulcrum web app and go to the Settings page.
- Select the Billing tab. Part way down the page you’ll see a meter showing your current data usage totals.
Note: If you hit your storage limit, click Manage Storage to purchase additional storage blocks.
When adding or removing storage blocks you want to enter the total amount of media storage you want your plan to have.
For example, if you plan has 2 media storage blocks already, like the screenshot below, an you wish to add 2 more additional storage blocks. You will want to replace the 2 with a 4. If you wanted to removed one of the 2 media storage blocks, then you would replace the 2 with a 1.
Once you have entered the total amount of media storage blocks you want your plan to have click the update storage amount at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
