The Fulcrum Zapier integration makes it easy to wire up Fulcrum with over a thousand popular services, from email and scheduling services to social media, product management, databases, CRM products, and more.
Fulcrum Zapier Triggers
Zapier combines Triggers (like "Record Created") and Actions (like "Send Email") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos, called "Zaps", complete your tasks automatically, based on the logic you configure in Zapier.
The following Fulcrum Triggers are supported by Zapier:
Record Created: Triggers when a new record is created.
Record Assigned: Triggers when a record is assigned to a user.
Record Status Changed: Triggers when the status is changed on a record.
How It Works
Fulcrum communicates with Zapier via webhooks, so the Developer Pack is required for this integration. Zapier currently offers a free tier, which enables basic personal automation and provides a testing environment for more complex business automation.
