How to Switch from Credit Card to ACH Payment

This guide walks you through the steps to remove your credit card and add a bank account (ACH) as your new payment method in Fulcrum.

Who Can Make This Change?

Only users with the Owner role on your Fulcrum account can update or remove payment methods.

How to Switch to ACH Payment

1. Log in to your Fulcrum account.

2. Go to the 'Billing' tab on the left-hand sidebar.

3. Under 'Billing Information', click on 'Manage Payment Method'.

4. Click on 'Add Payment Method'.

5. Select 'Bank Account (ACH)' as your preferred payment method.

6. Enter your bank routing and account numbers as prompted.

7. Verify the account (if prompted) and save the new payment method.

8. Once your ACH account is successfully added, you should remove your credit card, as it will no longer be needed for future payments.
