Setting the Language for the Fulcrum Mobile App

This article covers how to set which language you would like to use with the Fulcrum mobile app.

The Fulcrum iOS and Android apps generally respect the language you use for your device's operating system (OS). However, we also offer the ability to set a different language for the Fulcrum mobile app than your overall OS setting.

The language OS setting will only translate the navigation buttons and general UI in the Fulcrum iOS and Android apps, not the app (form) field labels and descriptions created by your company's admin.

iOS

Please see here for instructions on how to set your iOS language(s). By default, Fulcrum will respect the primary language.

If you are using iOS 18+ and have more than one language enabled in your OS, you can set the language for the Fulcrum app to a different language than the default OS language. To do this, go to OS Settings > Apps > Fulcrum:

Supported Languages for the Fulcrum iOS app:

  • Arabic

  • German

  • Spanish

  • French

  • Japanese

  • Portuguese (Brazilian)

  • Russian

  • Turkish

Android

Setting the Language for the Fulcrum Android mobile app:

Please refer to your device operating system's official help documentation (Android) for instructions on how to set your Android OS language(s). By default, Fulcrum will respect the primary language.

If you are on Android OS 13+ and on a device that supports per-app languages, you can select a language for the Fulcrum Android app that differs from your primary OS language. To do this:

  1. Open OS Settings

  2. Tap Apps

  3. Select Fulcrum, taking you to App Info

  4. Select Language

  • Japanese

  • Dutch

  • Portuguese

  • Russian
