Our support strategy is to support respective operating systems that device vendors support and ensure that many of our current users can benefit from continuous Fulcrum app updates.

When a new major OS version is released, the oldest supported version is retired from support. Last reviewed: September 2026.
Fulcrum App Version Requirements
To ensure successful data synchronization, your mobile device must be running a version of the Fulcrum app released within the past 3 months.
Updates, typically released weekly, include stability fixes, performance improvements, and new functionality. Enabling automatic updates for the Fulcrum app is strongly recommended.
