Record Editor Views

After creating records, you can go back and edit them at any time. To edit an existing record, locate it in either the map view or the list view and select it.

Use the map/list view button on the left side of the bottom menu bar to switch between views. The button updates based on the view you are currently using.

Map View

If you are on the map view page, you can zoom in and out with two fingers and pan with one finger to locate the record. Tap the record pin to show the record title, then tap the title to open the record edit page. You can also use the search icon in the top menu bar or the filter button in the middle of the bottom menu bar.

List View

If you are on the Android list view page, scroll or use the search box to locate the record. After you find it, tap the record to open the record edit page.

Filter Options

In addition to the filter and search options in the top (search) and bottom (filter) menu bars of the Android app, you can enable an option from the settings page that filters records based on the map view.

When you enable this option, the list view shows only the records visible on the map. This lets you center the map on a group of records and then switch to the list view to display only the records within that mapped area.

Sorting Options

By default, the list view sorts records by their updated timestamp. To change this, tap the settings button on the right side of the bottom menu bar and use the sorting options on the settings page.

You can find more details on the list view, including how to access record options and information about the upload status icons, on the list view help page,.
