To get back to the Fulcrum page you can click on the Fulcrum logo in the upper-left corner within the Fulcrum web app.

Depending if you have the menu column collapsed or not will determine if you see the full Fulcrum logo:

Or the Fulcrum icon:

Clicking either of these will always take you back to the homepage.
