The fastest way to get in touch with a technical support staff member on the team is to use the in-app support button found in the lower right corner on most of the web pages on our website and web app.

Additionally, you can also email Note: if you are emailing support from an email address that is not associated with the user account that you use in Fulcrum, please include the email address associated with your Fulcrum user account if applicable.


  • If you are not logged into your Fulcrum user account or do not have a Fulcrum user account, the in-app support system will not be able to email you our response. If you are asked to provide your email address, it would be best to do so. Otherwise, there is a chance that you will never receive our reply.

  • We answer support messages in the order that we receive them. While we are usually very quick to reply during our support hours (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time), response times may be longer than normal during peak hours and after weekends or holidays. Rest assured that we will reply as soon as possible.
