What can you do with this connector?
The connector allows you to set up Triggers (events that start a workflow) and Actions (tasks the workflow performs).
Automate Notifications: Send instant alerts via email, Slack, or Teams as soon as a high-priority inspection is synced.
Sync with GIS & Databases: Use Power Automate as a bridge to push Fulcrum record data into ArcGIS or SQL Server.
Generate Documents: Automatically trigger the creation of a Fulcrum PDF report and save it directly to a specific folder in OneDrive or SharePoint.
Manage Resources: Create or update Fulcrum records based on activity in other enterprise tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Current Status: Preview
The Fulcrum connector is currently in Preview mode.
What does "Preview" mean? > It is a fully functional version of the connector officially published by Microsoft. We are currently in this phase to gather real-world usage data and feedback from our customers before moving to General Availability (GA). We encourage you to build and test your workflows during this period!
Getting Started
To begin building your first flow:
Log in to your Microsoft Power Automate account.
Navigate to Connectors and search for Fulcrum.
Authenticate using your Fulcrum API Key.
