This guide will walk you through each of these, explaining what they offer and how to access them.

Fulcrum Help Center

You're currently in the Fulcrum Help Center, your primary resource for comprehensive articles, guides, and answers to frequently asked questions! It covers a wide range of topics, from getting started with the basics to advanced features and troubleshooting. Don't forget you can use the search bar at the top of this page to quickly find information on specific topics. You can also browse through categorized collections of articles.

Fulcrum Academy

Fulcrum Academy is an online learning platform designed to help you master the Fulcrum app at your own pace. It offers a variety of video courses and tutorials for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced users. Learn about core concepts, best practices, and tips and tricks to optimize your use of Fulcrum. You can even earn certifications to showcase your expertise.

You'll need to create a new login for Fulcrum Academy- your Fulcrum credentials are separate and will not work here.

Developer Documentation

For users looking to extend Fulcrum's capabilities, integrate with other systems, or build custom solutions, the Developer Documentation is the place to go. It provides detailed information on Fulcrum's APIs (REST API, Query API), webhooks, and other developer tools. You'll find guides, references, and examples to help you build powerful integrations.

Contacting Support

If you can't find the answer you're looking for in the Help Center or Academy, our support team is ready to assist. You can typically reach out for support in two main ways:

  • Chat Bubble: Look for a chat icon within the Fulcrum web app (in the bottom right corner) to start a conversation with a support representative.

  • Email: You can send an email directly to our support team for assistance.

Monitoring the Status Page

The Fulcrum Status Page provides real-time information on the operational status of Fulcrum services. If you're experiencing any unexpected behavior, it's a good first place to check if there are any ongoing incidents or scheduled maintenance that might be affecting the platform.
