How to Get Started

It’s super easy. Just reach out to your Customer Success Manager or shoot us an email at csm@fulcrumapp.com and we’ll schedule a time to discuss your request. The more prepared you are, the smoother (and faster!) we can get things rolling.

To make that first conversation as productive as possible, we ask that you provide a few things up front—don't worry, we've got templates to help!


What We Can Build for You:

Custom Apps

If you need a custom app built from scratch or want help restructuring an existing one, we can do that! Start by preparing a document outlining how you want to app work, or bring a send over a form that you currently use for data collection. See below for more details:

What We Need From You:

A document (excel, CSV, word, ext, existing form) that outlines:

  • The name of each field

  • The field type (e.g., Text, Number, Yes/No, Date, Choice, Calculation)

  • Any special rules or workflow logic (draw this out if needed)

Custom Reports:

Want your data to look buttoned-up for a client or manager? We can design clean, branded reports tailored to your format. Start by marking up our default report, or markup a pre-existing report. Our Professional Services team will need to know how the fields in the App will route to the report. See below for more details:

What We Need:

A marked-up PDF of your existing report OR a sketch of your ideal layout with:

  • Notes that map app fields to specific places in the report

  • Any formatting preferences, like colors, logos, or spacing

Keep in mind that your app should be finalized — you can reach back out if you need to make app adjustments!


Custom Integrations

Need Fulcrum to talk to your other systems (like your ERP, CRM, or database)? We’ve got you.

What We Need:

A short outline of the desired workflow detailing:

  • What the trigger is (e.g., “When a record is submitted…”)

  • What the action should be (e.g., “…create a task in our CRM.”)

  • What data needs to sync between platforms

  • Whether the integration should be one-way or two-way

Example:

"When a new safety inspection fails in Fulcrum, I want an incident record to be automatically created in Salesforce with key info like inspector name, date, and comments.”
