Follow these simple steps to get started.
1. Check if Intelligent Team Automation has already been activated
If you see these three new items in Fulcrum's main navigation, you are good to go!
2. Activating Intelligent Team Automation
If you'd like to activate Fulcrum's new Task tracking and Issue reporting features, there are a few requirements to do so:
Make sure you are an “owner” within your Fulcrum org setup. If you are not, contact the designated org “owner” and ask them to follow these steps.
Make sure you are logged on to the Fulcrum platform for your org.
Platform activation: Click this link and Fulcrum will automatically activate Intelligent Team Automation capabilities for your org.
Note: If you happen to be logged-in using a different browser, you'll want to copy the above link, paste it into that browser, and then navigate to that url.
Once Intelligent Team Automation is activated on the web platform, your field teams simply sync their mobile devices to get the updated features.
