Since Fulcrum user accounts can be members of multiple Fulcrum plans at the same time we do not allow the owners or managers of a plan to reset or change the password of one of their plan’s members.

Owners and manager can initiate a password reset by entering in the email address associated with a user account on this page, but this will not force the password to be changed. One thing to note is that the password reset emails have a token in them that will only last for 2 hours. So it may be best to have the user reset their password when they are expecting the email.
