In order to use webhooks, your organization’s subscription must enable access to this functionality.
Here, we discuss what plans enable access to webhooks. We also discuss how to check whether your subscription is using webhooks.
Note: By default, the owner of the organization is the only one who can see, configure, or use webhooks. The owner can change this by configuring the webhooks roles and permissions.
What Plans Enable Webhooks?
Currently, the Professional plan enables the webhooks functionality by default.
Does Your Subscription Have Webhooks Enabled?
To check if your organization’s subscription is using webhooks, you can use the website.
Note: Make sure you are logged into your Fulcrum account.
- Click the cog in the upper right of the page.
- Click Settings. If you were in another organization, on the left menu, click the name of the organization you’re interested in.
- Click Webhooks in the list of links for that org’s settings. If you do not have the right permissions, you will not see this link.
- If you have added any webhooks, they will be listed with their Name, URL, and Active values.
Now you can get started using webhooks!
