Fulcrum allows you to open any navigation application you have installed on your device (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, etc.) to provide you with driving directions to a record’s location.
Directions from the Map View
The easiest way to access directions is from the map view.
Accessing directions from the map view on iOS is only available with Esri Maps enabled. See this article for more information: How do I choose Google Maps or Esri Maps on the mobile app?
After selecting the record, the 'Directions' option will appear in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
After selecting 'Directions', if you have more than one navigation app installed on your device, you will see a dialogue where you can select which navigation app to use.
Directions from the List View
Once you locate the record that you want to get directions too, you can either swipe left (iOS) or long press (Android) on the record to reveal the record options.
On the record, options select ‘More’, then select driving directions. Note that this option will open the device’s default navigation app.
