On the map in the record editor of the Fulcrum web app there are a series of button in the upper-left corner of the map. Additionally, there is a search box in the upper-right corner.

Zoom in and out buttons

These buttons can be used to zoom in or out on the map. You can also use the wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out.

Center on your location

Clicking on this button will center the map view on your location. You should see a blue marker on where you are located on the map. Note that this requires the location settings to be enabled on your web browser.

Zoom to data extent

Clicking this button will zoom out to a level where all the records that have location data can be viewed. If your data is over a large geographic area then the zoom will be pretty far out. If your data is over a small geographic area then the zoom will be at a deeper zoom level.

Basemap and layer selector

Clicking this button will reveal a basemap and layer selector where you can select one of the included basemaps to view or to enable a custom layer.

Location search

You can type in an address or place to view the location on the map within Fulcrum.
